Committed to the Cause

Coming together from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences, our skilled team of volunteer board members are the backbone of Bo's Heavenly Clubhouse. Individual ideas help shape the direction and mission of our organization as it continues to develop and grow. Read on to learn more about some of our incredible team members!
We are always looking for new board members who are committed, loving and willing to make a change in the community and in the lives of the grieving. If you're interested, please contact us. You do not need to be a child loss parent to be on our board. We appreciate all walks of life and if you haven't experienced the death of your child, we just ask that you have compassion and a heart for serving.

President, Founder

Amanda wears many hats! She is a lover of Jesus and she tries very hard to uphold her Christian calling. She is a mommy to three beautiful children, a Certified Grief Support Specialist, and an Author. She thrives on making everyone feel valued and heard. You will likely see her at every single event that we have, and she does a lot of background logistics too! She is on the other end of the crisis calls and facilitates our child loss support groups. She is truly on call every day, and her phone is always on.

Wayne Hartwig Jr

Vice President

With us since our founding, Wayne Hartwig Jr is one of our veteran team members. He brings his years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed. Being a loss father, and Bo's daddy, he shows the importance of not stuffing or silencing his grief and shares the importance of being able to express it.  He is patient, kind and quite encouraging. His phone is always on.

Bo's Heavenly Clubhouse

Board Director

As Bo's grandma, Laure holds a special place within Bo's Heavenly Clubhouse. She gently gives her opinion, volunteers, and bakes with lots of love! If you see her at a fundraiser, she likely is watching her grandkids so that the President and Vice President can be of service to you.

Bo's Heavenly Clubhouse would not be the same without her.

Christina is a very talented woman. Talented doesn't begin to cover it! She thrives on all of her talents which include her knowledge in computers, accounting and finances. She is a CPA at a widely known company and keeps all of our books straight. Christina is also a lifelong friend of the Hartwig Family and is invaluable to this organization. We love you, Christina!

Board Director

Aimee is a great asset to Bo's Heavenly Clubhouse because she is dependable, understanding and she is a child loss mom to two beautiful boys named Wesley and Beau. She focuses on what needs to be accomplished and gets the task done. Being one of the newest member of the Clubhouse, we are so excited to discover her strengths and assets to our organization!

Bos Grandpa

 Senior Advisor

With us since our founding, Wayne Hartwig Sr is one of our veteran team members. He bring his years of opinions and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed. He always has the Organizations best interest in mind. But most importantly, he is also Bo's Grandpa.

Jessie Goodman

Jessie Goodman joined Bo's Heavenly Clubhouse with the vision and drive to improve upon our Nonprofit Organization, and she focuses on developing the organization with experience and integrity. Being a loss mom herself, she offers a comforting and compassionate shoulder to lean on for those that are suffering in silence with child loss through miscarriage. Jess currently holds the Secretary position and she is amazing at it! In addition to that, you'll find Jess at our fundraisers helping to coordinate them. She is also very involved in the planning of events which helps tremendously!

Carla Wojahn

Board Director

Carla is one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. She's gone through so much in the world of child loss. She's walked through the loss of her sweet daughter in 2007, and then the loss of her beloved granddaughter, Alia and great granddaughter, Aria in 2019.

Carla brings so much to the table and we are honored to have her on the team.
